Cancellation Policy
Your appointments here at NailedByDay are important! I do ask that if you must cancel and or reschedule, please notify me in 24 hours. That way, I am able to reschedule your appointment and still be courteous to my other clients & potential clients. I understand if there may be a last minute emergency simply because life does happen, etc. Please just notify me so my business can run smoothly. Please note that I do have late fees & cancellation fees listed below:
* 15 Minutes late: there will be a $15 charge
* 20 Minutes late: there will be a $20 charge
* Cancellation fee: 10% of service booked
